Curbside and Appointment only as of Nov. 30, 2020

Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases within St. Lawrence County, our Board of Trustees and staff have made the difficult decision to move to curbside and appointment only after Thanksgiving, on Monday, November 30, 2020. Curbside services will continue during the library’s regular operating hours as well as appointments. Please note that curbside services as well as appointments include checkouts, printing requests, copying requests, and sending faxes at this time. We appreciate your patience as we continue to strive to provide quality services while keeping our patrons, staff, community and families safe. Our hours will still be Monday-Friday 10am-12noon and 2pm-8pm at this time. Curbside and appointment requests can be made by calling us at (315)384-3052 during open hours or by sending an email to noflib@ncls.org

We will do our best to accommodate same day requests and walk up appointments, you can specifically request a same day appointment by calling the library at (315)384-3052.

We ask that all patrons coming into the building for appointments continue to follow all of the NYS guidance such as mask wearing, social distancing, etc. If you do not feel comfortable following that guidance, or find that you are unable to- please consider exploring the curbside option.
