June events and closure

Join us in June for:

Closure June 19th

Teen Activity Group-Club for tweens, teens and young adults. We will meet, watch some episodes of Anime and have fun discussions from 3-5pm

Homeschool Hangout-Every other Tuesday at 2pm, join us in completing an easy STEAM project and hanging out with other homeschoolers! Last session 6/20 as summer is upon us.

Pre-K Story Hour-on hiatus until summer reading begins!

Summer Reading-Summer reading is set to being July 3rd and will feature three days a week in July and a reading contest. Check for more details soon!

Board of Trustees- Meets on 6/21 at 4:15pm

**We are now accepting donations for our friends of the library book sale.

Book sale scheduled for the 1st week of August!

Please drop off during library hours. Please do not donate: text books, vhs, damaged (i.e. without covers or with pages ripped or stained, items that smell musty, are moldy or mildewed), reader’s digest condensed books, textbooks and encyclopedias. We will ask you to take these items back with you. Ask yourself before donating if you would purchase or gift the items.**


June 19th-30th during library hours, drop off any curriculum you aren’t using and browse what others have left. take what you need!

We will have tables setup in the library to leave materials on and take materials from.

Please note the library is closed on June 19th


announcing: Crafting for Adults!

Dianne Hutchinson, a local crafter will present an evening of crafting at the Hepburn Library of Norfolk.

Second Thursday of the month at 5pm.

Begins July 14th

Crafts will vary month to month, May be held upstairs or in the library hall depending on project.
