Retirement of long time Director Victoria Brothers

The Hepburn Library of Norfolk would like to announce the retirement of Director Victoria(Vicky) Brothers. Vicky has been with the library for 30 years and has been instrumental in the success in the smooth running of the library and exciting programs. In the 30 years Vicky has been here, she has overseen the introduction of the ILS Mandarin and installation WIFI, the installation of fiber, many building improvements including the solar panels, air conditioning and more.

Vicky will be missed by her staff and community. The Board of Trustees, staff and incoming Director-Laurel Murphy wish her a retirement full of well deserved relaxation and rest and look forward to her visiting the Hepburn Library of Norfolk as a patron.

The Hepburn Library of Norfolk Board of Trustees held retirement party for Vicky where they honored her in multiple ways. The friends also chose to honor Vicky at this party with a plaque.
